The Cambria Hotel and Suites featured 352 upscale rooms and a range of state-of-the-art amenities across its 12-story building.
For this project, SurePods had consolidated more than ten construction trades into one prefabricated product, including electrical, plumbing, and finishing work. The prefabricated bathrooms had been designed to be easy to lift, place, and connect, which saved the project developer both time and money. This process also improved bathroom quality for the hotel owners and guests. The innovative approach had ensured a streamlined construction process, enhancing efficiency and delivering high-quality facilities. As a result, the overall guest experience had been significantly elevated, making the hotel a standout choice for visitors to Anaheim.
