Project Description

The Hilton Garden Inn Homewood Suites project featured a rooftop terrace with pool and fitness facilities, library and convention services, and two levels of underground parking.

To dramatically accelerate the construction of the midrise, full-service hotel, Widewaters Group chose to use SurePods modular bathrooms as an innovative approach to shave months off the project plan. The new hotel developers expected to open it 18 months after construction began. This strategic decision ensured a swift and efficient construction process, enabling the hotel to offer its luxurious amenities and services to guests in a significantly reduced timeframe.
