Project Description
This iconic tower was created as a symbol of the friendship between South Korea and the U.S., reflecting an investment in LA, which hosts the largest Korean population outside of Seoul.
SurePods supplied 698 factory-built, fully complete bathroom pods for the project. To minimize the disturbance to the downtown LA community, SurePods shifted their delivery schedule to nighttime. This approach helped keep SurePods' presence to a minimum on the critical path and ensured the project remained on schedule. The finished bathrooms were kept locked for the duration of the interior construction process, preserving their quality and readiness for final installation.
