Project Description
Legoland New York is the largest Legoland park to date and the first major theme park to open in the area in 40 years in the northeastern U.S. The park covers 150 acres, sitting within 500 acres. The Legoland Hotel sits onsite at the theme park, featuring 250 rooms. Prefabricated Bathroom pods were selected for this project to speed up the project timeline.
Even with the global pandemic in 2019, slowing the world down and New York State’s strict regulations for reopening the state, pods helped ease the need for subcontractors on the jobsite. The full project was completed on schedule in 24 months.
