This mixed-use development, located in the urban core of downtown Lexington, Kentucky, stood as the largest private project in Kentucky.
SurePods modular bathrooms helped hotel developers open up to six months earlier by reducing bathroom rework and compressing the punch list. “You didn’t have four or five trades tripping over each other trying to build a bathroom,” said Ralph Coldiron, Lexington City Center project coordinator for The Webb Companies. This streamlined approach facilitated a smoother construction process, ensuring the timely completion of the project and enhancing the efficiency of the development.
