Part of the Broadmoor Hote’s West Tower Renovation included installing new modular bathrooms for 175 existing guest rooms.
The prefabricated bathrooms were five-fixture units, featuring double sinks, a soaking tub, a shower stall, and a separate toilet water closet. SurePods delivered the pods to the site and elevated them one floor at a time before the exterior structure was put in place. These prefabricated bathroom pods played a vital role in maintaining the rigorous project schedule, ensuring the renovation was completed on time and to a high standard.
