Step 1: Design
Early coordination is critical to maximizing the advantages of prefab design, as an integrated CAD/CAM system sends the BIM model into production, allowing clients to drive the bathroom design process.
Step 2: Production
Our automated model to manufacturing process and standardized assembly lines effectively maximize production speed and quality for projects with 100 or more pods.
Step 3: Delivery
At the plant, pods are fully wrapped and secured, ensuring easy loading and unloading at the jobsite.
Step 4: Installation
An average of 15 or more pods are delivered and loaded per shift, with final setting completing the process.
