David Lodinger 

David Lodinger is SurePods East Business Unit Leader, located in Orlando, Florida. He has 15 of years of industry experience and graduated with honors from the University of Florida's M.E. Rinker School of Building Construction.

Starting as a field engineer with Stellar Group in Jacksonville, Florida, David gained valuable knowledge in food processing and cold storage projects.

This hands-on experience facilitated David’s transition to DPR Construction, where he excelled as a project engineer and project manager. During this time, David worked on a range of commercial, healthcare, and advanced technology projects.

In 2023, David became the Business Unit Leader for SurePods Orlando, bringing a comprehensive approach to managing technical projects. He is committed to client satisfaction, excellent at problem-solving, including planning/scheduling, and proficient in lean construction methodology.

David is known for treating all team members, trade partners, and vendors with fairness and integrity, fostering an environment of mutual respect and collaboration. He focuses on developing talent, empowering team members to succeed and thrive on all our projects.
