Matthew Gaskin 

Matt Gaskin is SurPods West Business Unit Leader, located in Phoenix, Arizona. He has over 17 years of industry experience and a B.S. in Business Management from Jacksonville State University and an M.E. in Construction Management from the University of Alabama, Birmingham.

Since joining SurePods in 2019, Matt has focused on leading cross-functional teams who execute SurePods mission to “advance the way the industry builds through the adoption of manufactured building components”. His leadership and communication skills have been instrumental in our team’s success.

Matt has gained extensive knowledge in the healthcare and multi-living markets, leading bathroom pod projects for a variety of project types, including hospitals and student housing. He also has experience with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
